E+H电磁流量计的工作原理
     电磁流量计测量原理依据于法拉第电磁感应定律。流量计测量管是一内衬绝缘材料的非导磁合金导管。两只电极与轴流方向垂直穿透关闭固定在测量管上,其电极头与衬里内表面基于平齐。当励磁线圈由双向发生方波脉冲励磁时,即在与测量管轴线垂直方向上产生一磁能量密度为 B 的工作磁场。此时,如果具有一定电导率的流体流经测量管,将切割磁力线感应出电动势 E。电动势 E 正比于磁通量密度 B,测量管内径与平均流速 V的乘积。电动势 E(流量信号)由电极检出并通过电缆送至转换器。  
 
电磁流量计工作原理产品性能
其数学表达式为:  Q=3600 E 式中: Q-  被测液体流量,m3/h;B-磁感应强度,T;d-电极间距,m;E-被测液体的感应电动势,V 。 转换器采用智能化设计方式,使得流量计具有功耗低、零点稳定、度高、性能可靠和功能齐全等特点。转换器向传感器提供励磁驱动,用于产生稳定的脉冲交变磁场,流经流量计的导电流体在传感器的检测电极上产生一差分信号,输入至转换器的高阻抗输入放大器,在单片计算机的同步控制下,经信号放大、滤波、增益控制及零点修正、信号采样等环节,获得所需的流量信号,运算后变换为各种相应流量值,现场显示或远传输出。

 

E+H电磁流量计的优点
E+H电磁流量计的测量通道是一段无阻流检测件的光滑直管,因不易阻塞适用于测量含有固体颗粒或纤维的液固二相流体,如纸浆、煤水浆、矿浆、泥浆和污水等。不产生因检测流量所形成的压力损失,仪表的阻力仅是同一长度管道的沿程阻力,节能效果显着,对于要求低阻力损失的大管径供水管道zui为适合。E+H电磁流量计所测得的体积流量,实际上不受流体密度、粘度、温度、压力和电导率(只要在某阈值以上)变化的影响。与其他大部分流量仪表相比,前置直管段要求较低。E+H电磁流量计测量范围度大,通常为20∶1~50∶1,可选流量范围宽。满度值液体流速可在0.5~10m/s内选定。有些型号仪表可在现场根据需要扩大和缩小流量(例如设有4位数电位器设定仪表常数),不必取下作离线实流标定。E+H电磁流量计的口径范围比其他品种流量仪表宽,从几毫米到3m。可测正反双向流量,也可测脉动流量,只要脉动频率低于激磁频率很多。仪表输出本质上是线性的。易于选择与流体接触件的材料品种,可应用于腐蚀性流体。

 

E+H电磁流量计的安装请注意以下几点: 

 ·安装不需要特殊的固定支架,仪表的容器型结构能克服外力的影响,如第二容室结构·测量管振动频率高,确保测量不受管道振动的影响。
    ·只要不产生气蚀现象,测量不受阀门、弯通、三通等管件的影响。
    ·为保护管道,建议当传感器过重时,采取适当的支架支撑。 测量管内夹带气泡时,会产生测量误差,
    应避免以下安装位置:
    ·流量计安装在管道的zui高点,会造成空气积聚
    ·流量计直接安装在向下的放空管道出口处 系统压力 应确保不产生气蚀现象,因为气蚀现象会影响测量管的振动。正常条件下测量与水特性相似的流体时不需要采取特殊措施。 液体沸点低(碳氢化合物、溶剂、液化气)或者在吸入式管道上时,系统应有足够高的压力。确保压力不低于蒸汽压,即液体不会沸腾。确保液体不产生气化。
    因此,传感器的*安装位置为: · 泵的下游(避免真空)· 垂直管道的zui低点处 安装方向 垂直安装 建议使流体流向朝上,可使夹带的固体颗粒下沉,气体经测量管上升。 测量管内流体可全部排空而避免固体沉积。
    水平安装 正确的安装是变送器的外壳竖直向上或向下 ,使测量管(单管系统)内无气体和固体杂质积聚。 请勿将传感器悬空安装在管道上,要用支架固定。以免过程连接处承受过度的拉力。传感器安装底板用于在平板、靠墙或者立柱安装。
